Hey party people!
I'm back. After a long hiatus, I have returned. I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. So far mine has been fabulous. Last week I hit up the American Apparel warehouse sale in NYC and got some amazing deals. They extended the sale so I definitely suggest checking it out. Pictures to comes of what I got plus some pictures of amazing Christmas gifts.
But first......I got my hair cut today!
This probably isn't the best picture of it (or of me for that matter...), but if you compare it to any older picture of me on this blog, you'll notice the difference. My hair is longer and has a wavy messiness to it. I love it:)
So this is officially the restarting of my blog. I'll try my best to keep to a regular posting schedule.
Stay awesome!

Recent Purchases
So I went shopping at H&M recently and I thought I'd share my purchases!
1. a boyfriend blazer
I've been wanting one for so long but was having trouble finding the perfect one. Well, this is it - my perfect blazer. It's has just the right amount of boxy boyish-ness.
2. a high-waisted maxi skirt
I've been wanting to try the maxi skirt trend for a while and when I tried on this skirt I fell in love. It's so comfortable and makes my legs look miles long.
3. a floral headband
I'd never really like how headbands looked on me, but when I tried this one on I really like it. I have a feeling I'm going to be wearing this almost every day.
That's all for now. A proper outfit post is coming - I promise!
What about you? Have you bought anything awesome recently?

We oughta take it easy
Hey! Title is from "Take It Easy" by the Eagles.
Easy is a perfect word for this outfit. I was too lazy to put much effort into my outfit today. I tried to use the plaid shirt to add a little interest to the look. I just wasn't feeling that inspired today.
So I got my hair cut and it's shorter than how I usually get it cut. I just wanted it trimmed up, but the hairdresser decided to just cut and cut. I couldn't even tell her to stop because I take my glasses off when I get my hair cut so I can't really see how it's being cut. I really wish it wasn't this short. I've gotten compliments, but I'm still not completely comfortable with it. I guess there's not much I can do but keep repeating my mantra: hair grows.

(t-shirt: Steve & Barry's, plaid shirt: Kohl's, shorts: Kohl's, belt: random store in NYC, black bracelets: Hot Topic)
I was really hoping to make it Chictopia10 in September; but unfortunately, due to forces outside of my control, I am not able to. :( Are any of you lovely people in the blogosphere going? If so, please post detailed info and pictures about it so I can live vicariously through you.
