It was just my imagination running away with me

Hi! Today's title comes from "Just My Imagination" by the Temptations.

I love these boots but don't wear them enough. They're my mom's old combat boots. Not as comfy as Doc Martens, but they look similar. The necklace I'm wearing is one I got on sale at Urban Outfitters for $10. I thought it was a pretty good deal considering it comes with a main chain and then 3 others you attach to it so there's a ton of possible combinations. It's like getting a few necklaces in one! Today I wore only the chain with the clock on it. I have a strange love of pocket watches and the watch in it kinda reminds me of one.

I'm giving myself (and anyone else who cares to participate) a challenge to wear all the clothes in your closet (excluding things not suited for the current weather, like wool sweaters) without repeating anything. I feel like I have so many things I don't wear. So I'm going to try to wear everything; and if I come across something I've been holding on to but really don't want to wear, I'll get rid of it. Not only does this help rid your closet of unnecessary items, it also challenges you to try new ways of wearing things. Note that this is for clothes only. I will be repeating shoes and accessories. I don't have enough of shoes/accessories to not repeat them.

  1. You look so radiant in these pictures, my goodness girl, you're so pretty! And I love the look, and the challenge you've introduced, I've been thinking about that for a long time...challenging the ideas I come up with using items I already have (that and the fact that I'm a sixteen year-old who's dependent on mum, and dad, and my older siblings) haha, it's a splendid idea!
